After receiving mails, click Inbox, all the mails will be listed in the Mail List box. Click item of the list box, the mail body will be shown in Preview box. You can double click the mail to open the Reading box for easily reading the mails which the mail body is large.

If this mail is HTML format, system default using the build-in IE browser to display, you can also find two icons on the right side above the Reading box--Floppy and Magnifying Glass. Click Floppy icon, there will pop up a function list to save HTML files to the preferred directory, as well as allowing read mail by browser. Click Magnifying Glass icon to switch the display mode of TEXT files and HTML files.

Foxmail default only display the Text of HTML mails. If you need to redefine the default display mode, please right click the existing account to open Property dialog box then click Fonts and Display, select the check box Enable Internet Explorer to view HTML message.

Attachment

If the mail has attachment, the main dialog box will auto add on an Attachment box to display the icon and file name of the attachment.

If the mail attached more than one file, please select several icons of them, and right click on the attachments to save or open the selected files.
